What is Category B (Automatic Transmission)?
A Category B vehicle equipped with an automatic gearbox requires the driving test to be taken with such a vehicle. In this case, the driver’s license will contain a corresponding note (code 78). The requirements for the Category B(78) driving test are identical to those for the regular Category B test.
Category B Driving License
You can obtain this category of driving license from the age of 18.
How to get a license?
You need to complete training at a driving school and successfully pass both the theory and driving exams at the Road Traffic Safety Directorate (CSDD).
